Return Policies
East Coast Surf Products Inc is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Returns are not accepted after 90 days, and must be in original condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- Free Shipping on orders over $129.00, except surfboards, stand-up paddle boards and travel bags.
- Flat Rate Shipping charge of $75.00 on surfboards 8 feet and under.
- Flat Rate Shipping charge of $95.00 on surfboards over 8 feet.
- Flat Rate Shipping charge of $140.00 on Stand-Up Paddle Boards.
- A $25.00 Restocking Fee applies on surfboards only.
- Surfboards must be unused and re-packed in original factory carton or in packaging that is equally as durable. Board bags that are provided free with the surfboard must also be returned.
- If your surfboard is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately. If possible photograph the damage with a digital camera, and e-mail us the photos. We will arrange a replacement as soon as damage is verified, and the shipper has been contacted.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
